This method is like no other; it’s challenging and pushes you outside your comfort zone, which results in rapid changes to your body, posture and overall strength that comes from this ballet inspired fitness method.  Our small group classes blend the muscle sculpting movement of barre, with other exciting fitness formats that provide a full body workout.  This method creates long lean muscles that support good posture through strengthening the hips, back and core and burns calories through low impact cardio segments. I know that you will come to love it as much as I do.  I can’t wait to share our successes and help challenge and drive each other  to become our very best.  You will find yourself apart of a empowered inclusive  community in our common pursuit of finding authentic beauty in being strong and fit. 


Barre Sculpt

This strength class combines the fundamental principles of ballet, to sculpt and lengthen, with calorie burning cardio segments for total body conditioning. The class focuses on proper positioning of the spine and the power of the breath and mind body connection.

Barre Hop

Billie's Barre Hop class is a one of a kind barre experience.  This class takes barre and gives it a bit of an upbeat urban twist.  Barre Hop seamlessly blends the lengthening and strengthening of barre movement with basic hip hop dance segments. Set to the latest hip-hop music, this class will give you a great cardio barre work-out and a bit of a dance lesson too. No dance experience required.  All experience levels are encouraged and welcome!

Barre classic

Our Barre Classic is great for those who are new to barre, as well as those with more experience.  The class combines the fundamental principles of ballet and lengthening of Pilates for total conditioning. This class utilizes precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen muscles in the upper body, hips, glutes and ends with abdominals and mat work.   You will leave you feeling toned and lengthened, without adding bulk.


TRx/barre Circuit training


This class combines the intense body conditioning of suspension training with the lengthening and flexibility of barre segments.  This format will strengthen the core and increase balance while utilizing one's own body weight for resistance to build strength and endurance. 

Barre Fight

This class lets you Barre like a beauty and fight like a beast. It combines muscle sculpting barre moves with cardio boxing segments. This format is like no other and will have you sweating, all while lengthening and strengthening your entire body!


Specially scheduled class

Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement (vinyasa-style yoga) or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose



HIIT the barre! This interval training class combines muscle sculpting and lengthening barre moves, weight training, and low impact cardio segments.  You will torch calories, as you tone your arms, abs, glutes, and thighs.  This 60-minute sweat session is a full body workout will certainly have you feeling stronger, leaner and more powerful. 


This class seamlessly blends ballet inspired barre movement, with pilates and yoga. The class focuses on proper positioning of the spine and pelvis, which is key in creating a toned long lean body, with a healthy spine and improved posture. This class will leave you feeling more flexible, balanced and toned.


Specially scheduled class

This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  Full of high-intensity, low-impact moves for a long, lean, defined physique using no weights. 



A class for those who love to dance. With the added challenge of light weights for toning specific muscle groups to keep you engaged.





This class is designed for our "life experienced" members and focuses on functional movement, increasing flexibility and balance work.
