This method is like no other; it’s challenging and pushes you outside your comfort zone, which results in rapid changes to your body, posture and overall strength that comes from this ballet inspired fitness method.  Our small group classes blend the muscle sculpting movement of barre, with other exciting fitness formats that provide a full body workout.  This method creates long lean muscles that support good posture through strengthening the hips, back and core and burns calories through low impact cardio segments. Signature Barre Strong

This strength class combines the fundamental principles of muscle sculpting and lengthening ballet with calorie burning cardio segmants for total body conditioning. The class focuses on proper positioning of the spine and the power of the breath and mind body connection.

Barre Hop

Here we take standard barre moves and give them a bit of an upbeat urban twist. Set latest hip-hop music, this class will give you a great cardio work-out and a bit of a dance lesson too. All experience levels are welcome!

Barre & SOul

This class blends fundamental barre moves that work to strengthen and lengthen, with all the flexibility and restorative benefits of yoga. 



Circuit - Basic - Intermediate - Advanced

Suspension training is an intense body conditioning format that strengthens the core and balance while utilizing one's own body weight for resistance to build muscular strength and endurance. 

Barre Fight

This class lets you Barre like a beauty and fight like a beast by combining sculpting barre moves with cardio boxing segments. This format is like no other and will have you sweating, all while lengthening and strengthening your entire body!


Yoga is about creating balance in the body through
developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement (vinyasa-style yoga) or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose


pop pilates (mat based)

Pilates exercises focus on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. POP takes traditional pilates to a whole new level.  The class is set to amazing music which focuses on individual body parts that give a full body workout.  It works to improve your posture, balance and core strength while sculpting your body.


This class utilizes lengthening and strengthening barre moves,with upper body, glute, core and cardio segments for a full body workout.


This class blends a variety of barre, pilates, and strength moves for a low impact full body workout.



A class for those who love to dance. With the added challenge of light weights for toning specific muscle groups to keep you engaged.


This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  Full of high-intensity, low-impact moves for a long, lean, defined physique using no weights. 




This class is designed for our "life experienced" members and focuses on functional movement, increasing flexibility and balance work.
