Our small group classes blend the muscle sculpting movement of barre, with other exciting fitness formats that provide a full body workout. This method creates long lean muscles that support good posture through strengthening the hips, back and core and burns calories through low impact cardio segments. Signature Barre Strong
This strength class combines the fundamental principles of ballet, to sculpt and lengthen, with calorie burning cardio segments for total body conditioning. The class focuses on proper positioning of the spine and the power of the breath and mind body connection.
Here we take standard barre moves and give them a bit of an upbeat urban twist. Set latest hip-hop music, this class will give you a great cardio work-out and a bit of a dance lesson too. All experience levels are welcome!

This class blends fundamental barre moves that work to strengthen and lengthen, with all the flexibility and restorative benefits of yoga.

Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement (vinyasa-style yoga) or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose
